Lucky you. I have a qui...Congrats on the giveaways! Lucky you. I have a quick abs/upper body routine I do 3x/week. You call them 11s--start with 10 push-ups/1 sit-up, then 9/2, 8/3, on down until the last set is 1 push-up/10 sit-ups. 55 of each. I really enjoy adding this into my other strength routines.
